As of January 15, 2018, Dover Internal & Geriatric Medicine, Strafford Medical Associates and Primary Care of Dover have joined to create a better experience for you and your family. The practices have combined to form Wentworth Health Partners Internal Medicine, which is located in a newly designed space in the same building at 10 Members Way in Dover.
At Wentworth Health Partners Internal Medicine, we are using a true patient-centered medical home model for your care. Here, your care team includes the same doctors and nurse practitioners you have come to know and trust with additional specialized care providers based on your needs. The entire team will work together to provide you with individualized care.
