"Employee Spotlight" is a bi-weekly feature for staff and the community to get the know the individuals that make Wentworth-Douglass Hospital a comfortable place for patients, and a great place to work for employees. This week we shine the spotlight on:
Tristan Wentworth
MRI/NUCMED and Radiology Imaging Representative Supervisor.
17 years
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital MRI; Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine MRI, NUCMED, and the imaging representative staff. I am also a registered CT and MRI technologist.
I originally came to Wentworth-Douglass to be closer to home, I was working in Boston at that time. I now stay because I love the people I work with and what it means to be part of Wentworth-Douglass and the communities we serve.
I truly enjoy the people I work with and the people we serve. We are all dedicated to making our patients our number one priority.
I have a very supportive management team, supportive and cohesive peer-to-peer relationships, and an amazing team I supervise. They are all truly wonderful at what they do.
The teamwork within the Imaging Department is like no other that I have worked with. I have over 25 years in the radiology field, and it is unmatched.
I love to be able to teach the people I work with and guide them into being better individuals. I love to make someone, whether it be a patient, someone I supervise or a peer, know that they are valued and that we are here for them.
