Alison L. Ryan, APRN,FNP-C

Alison Ryan began her nursing career in 2013. After gaining experience as a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), she earned her master’s degree at Vanderbilt University to become a nurse practitioner. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
 
Her professional interests include cancer prevention, cancer genetics, patient counseling, and patient education. Alison received specialized training in cancer genetics through the City of Hope located in Duarte, California and she holds a Cancer Genetic Risk Assessment Certification issued by the National Consortium of Breast Centers. She is excited to offer individualized cancer risk assessment and genetic testing to those in the Seacoast Region.
 
Alison values collaboration with patients and colleagues. She believes that excellent healthcare starts with compassion, caring, and empathy. In her spare time, Alison enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, spending time with friends, family, and her dog.
